Sofia co-founded BikeTirana and runs the New Bazaar workshop, where every rental bike is checked before it rolls out and every repair gets a straight answer and a fair price.

She built the workshop into a small local employer, hiring and training mechanics from the neighborhood, and keeping the whole fleet of city bikes, e-bikes, and gravel rigs in service year-round.
